African people respected their laws and regulations more than the Christians of today.Like the Orthodox Jews they don't want to forget Moses till now even though God brought grace through Christ .To tell a typical Annang people don't keep Obo market day law for the diety Ekpenyong,Ekang and others is like telling an orthodox Jews don't keep the law of Moses,he will even though it pains because their lives is attached to serving God that way.so is the Annang,their lives are connected to their traditions and cultures. just like Jesus Christ came and break the laws which they called" tradition of the elders "so did Dr. Hendry Farrar came and broke the laws of Obo markets day for Ekpenyong and Ekang,More importantly broke the law of Ikpaisong deity ,which is like the. Mother of all gods or divinities in the Annang /Efik /Ibibio people of the then south eastern state of Nigeria. Restropecting Dr. Farrar holy spirit led work in destroying the twins destroyer called Ikpaisong right at her shrine in Abiakpo ikot Abasi inyang with the word of God and also abrogated Ekpenyong worship day law and used Ekang hall for the first service in Abiakpo about July I964-.until now, you can see in this community what he declared have come to pass ,No more Ikpaisong,No more Ekang,or Ekpenyong not to talk about anything shrine here again but now this land is for the lord .since that faithfully day in July 1964 at the shrine while preaching .He pointed his right hand to the shrine and declared you are dead’ several thing happened since that time till now that proved the word of God. “The earth is violently broken. For God so the king saw with him and change was made.And from 1964 Till now Obo market days are not a days of Ekpenyong worship again but Sunday.You are now free to go to your farm on Obo but Sunday farming were not allowed.If fact every Sunday road to the farm were blocked.until now this community is free from the law of Ekpeyong that forbids every one from going out or working in the farm. These and many more are evidence that Ikpaisong is dead.if some elements are found,just like what happened to Dagon of the Philistines is what happened to the Ikpaisong of the Annang people.The headless,legless Dagon fall face flat so is now the headless and legless Ikpaisong of the Annang people since Dr Farrar spoke in tongues and Otok Adiaudom,the priest of the diety said,I heard him said,"Ikpaisong afo akpa" but he was speaking in English language.but according to Udo Inyang an eyewitness,when he went near the shrine as he was speaking to the diety as he spoke to a man suddenly the interpreter wasn't able to interpret him again because he was so fast and not English language at least I finished my standard six then I was following him but was lost on the way it was after the explosion of the shrine that he spoke again what we can say we understand.When people talked about speaking in tongue now I believe what he spoke that we never understand was the unknown tongue .this confirmed what Otok Adiaudom said,I heard him say Ikpaisong afo Akpa. In the community now evident abound that what Ikpaisong used to do when such crime are committed in the land is no more.Now many people are having sex in the afternoon some husband and wife’s .Now it is so in rampants among youths and business women.It is seen among politicians .It was reported that even a village chief who are the custodian of the diety have been having sex in the bush and was caught and he settled them yet Nothing happened to them. It is reported everywhere in the community that some people have been having sex in the bush when to go to farm according to one in the evening bush in very say and quite for sex and nobody will disturb you. So many hunters have sex in the bush so many people had sex in the bush, as reported by one that most cassava thief when caught submitted for sex in the bush. Some marriage women are now in adultery something that was not done before in Annang and nothing especially, market women, women in politics and are given birth successfully nothing happened to them. Twins are now born in the law and are accepted with their mothers living with their husband in the house. Some animals, foods etc.that were taboo in the land whose Ikpaisong forbid are now eaten like sweat yam in Okon village , I know of a woman who was terribly sick and was brought to me for prayer when I was eating the sweat yam I invited her to eat, she said no that her village don’t eat it, it is a taboo I told her your healing is tied to eating the sweat yam it was a big miracle as she sluggishly ate, she slept, when she wake up, she was complete healed and until now she eats sweat yam. In villages that don’t eat squirrel some young men ate it until now squirrel that were much there are now disappearing. Some people are now in hospitals and in their houses died on Edet market days and are buried by church and nothing happened and Ikpaisong has not gone to take the corpse. Pythons are now kill in the land and grandchildren are not dead as Ikpaisong made them pythons are not to be killed or eaten but now python are by meat for those that eat them. Now in Annang grandchildren are flogged treated if they do what is wrong and but before you don’t do that if you do you will get automatic cough or paralysis. Houses are not built again on the road side for twin’s mothers they are no more ostracized or treated as animals again. From my findings most of the people are stubborn there are part of a stubborn generation who I sensed God is raising a generation that doesn’t fear the commandment of God or law of tradition or customs they just do what please them and nothing happened to them. When I discovered this generation of people in the land I was thinking that Satan is behind them, but when I went back to God for it I am behind the says the lord’’ what pastors will not break they will break, they will say what they want to say to anybody they want to say without fear they will challenge whom you can challenge. While I was researching in Ikot Udo whose till now Ikpaisong law is very stick because of Nyama Esset whom Satan used to bring back all the customs and traditions of the people and brought the whole Land into it. A young man told me during interview "the law don’t work, it only bring fear" According to him, one day I went with my wife to the bush in the afternoon, and I had sex with her and until now for more the five years now I have been having children and nothing happened to me and my wife. I don’t fear their law I had sex with my wife anytime I want.She's my wife not Ikpaisong wife. Those nonsense laws of Afternoon, I can’t keep such law in my life. I am a free man. I met another who said the fear of Ikpaisong is the beginning of life. They fear Ikpaisong laws more than the law of God in the land. According to him if you keep the law of Ikpaisong you will not die quick. During my encounter with Ikpaisong priest of Ikot Udo, he said the same thing, when I told him of some people in the land who have been stealing, bringing juju, doing wickedness , having sex in the bush he confessed the thing is not working the way it used to work’’. According to him the church people use to come to me for sacrifice when they know the offered the laws of Ikpaisong. Do you see, what some pastor cannot stand, God raise a generation who don’t fear Ikpaisong to shame the church in the land and most of the dangerous traditions are broken by them while the church watch.this is an infirmity that must be addressed quickly in our generation. It is seen so serious that the coming of strangers into the land are another factor either through church, business, marriage, etc in the abrogation of the laws of the land directly or indirectly. Some sacred farmland are entered by strangers and nothing happened to them. From the above examples you can see that God send a man whose name was Farrar with boldness on that faithful day when strangers don't get close to the deity or be killed took a bold step by making his pulpit opposite the shrine even telling the diety you are dead not fearing the. Wrath of the watching priests and now what he declared have is fulfilled.
