THE DECLARATION OF DIVINE VICTORY: Ubon Abasi Ibom (Formerly Ikot Nsekong) – The Land of the Redeemed
A Prophetic and Historical Document
Compiled by: Da Effiong Daniel African Holy Land
Date of Issue: July 4, 2026
Subject: The Spiritual Status of Ubon Abasi Ibom and the Futility of the 2018 Native Doctor Revival
PREAMBLE
This document serves as a formal spiritual and historical record of the land known historically as Ikot Nsekong and presently decreed as Ubon Abasi Ibom – the City of the Living God, the Redeemed of the Lord, and the African Holy Land. It addresses the events of December 28, 2018, wherein certain members of the family attempted to revive the ancient spirits of native doctory through the symbolic awarding of the title "Dr" to men who had never pursued formal education. This document declares, with full spiritual authority, that such efforts are null, void, and divinely defeated.
1. HISTORICAL BACKGROUND: The Land of Native Doctors
According to the oral and spiritual history of the land:
· In the ancient past, all the men of Ikot Nsekong were native doctors. The land was notorious for fear, darkness, and spiritual warfare.
· It was a place where no one could enter at night; where falling mangoes could not be picked without spiritual consequence; where masquerades and war reigned, not education or hard work.
· This was a land that "devoured" people, sustained solely by occult powers and ancestral covenants.
2. THE 1964 BREAKTHROUGH: The Whiteman's God Defeats Ikpaisong
In the year 1964, a pivotal spiritual event took place that would forever alter the destiny of this land:
· Dr. Henry Farrar, an American medical doctor and minister of the Gospel, arrived at Ikot Nsekong and preached the message of Jesus Christ.
· All the native doctors of the land came out to test the power of the Whiteman. They wanted to see if his God was stronger than their ancient deities.
· As Dr. Farrar spoke to Ikpaisong—the highest deity of the land, the most feared spiritual power of Ikot Nsekong—a supernatural event occurred. The idol exploded like a gunshot. The sound of its destruction echoed across the land.
· The people, including the chief priest Jumbo Adoaudom, cried out in terror and awe: "The Whiteman has gunshot out god dead!"
· When the native doctors saw this higher power—the living God of Israel who silences idols—they repented of their witchcraft and occult practices.
· Dr. Farrar then led them to the river of Ikot Abia, and all were baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.
· He took captivity captive and made a public spectacle of the powers of darkness, just as Jesus Christ did at the Cross (Colossians 2:15).
· The land of native doctors met a medical doctor who was a minister of the Gospel – and they submitted. The ancient stronghold was broken. Ikpaisong fell. The native doctors were born again.
3. THE COVENANT, DECLARATION, AND DEDICATION (2007–2010)
2007: The Family Led to Christ
In December 2007, a pivotal moment of spiritual leadership arose. Da Effiong Daniel—the Watchman and instrument of God—led the entire family of Ikot Nsekong to Christ in a solemn covenant program tagged "Ikot Nsekong for Christ."
· The land was formally handed over to God in a covenant ceremony.
· The family renounced their ancestral covenants with the spirits of native doctory, masquerades, and darkness.
· This was the beginning of a new spiritual era for the land.
2008: The Name Changed to Ubon Abasi Ibom
In 2008, following the covenant of the previous year, the name of the land was officially changed:
· From Ikot Nsekong (the land of native doctors) to Ubon Abasi Ibom – meaning "The City of the Living God, the Redeemed of the Lord."
· This was not merely a name change; it was a spiritual transaction. The land ceased to belong to the spirits of darkness and became a possession of Jehovah. It was declared Israel in Africa.
2009: The Global Prophetic Declaration – "Ubon Abasi Ibom, Come Forth!"
In 2009, a powerful prophetic program was held: "God Global Prophetic Declaration."
· This was a global calling forth of Israel in Africa.
· In that program, Pastor Andrew Omale—a man of God with apostolic and prophetic authority—declared over the land:
*"Ubon Abasi Ibom, come forth!" *
· This was not a local event; it was a global prophetic summons. The land was called forth from obscurity into divine purpose. The nations of the world were decreed to recognize this place as a habitation of the Living God.
2010: Officially Declared the African Holy Land
On December 28, 2010, a historic milestone was reached:
· Pastor Andrew Omale, the Head of the Prayer Department at the State House, Abuja, officially declared Ubon Abasi Ibom as the "African Holy Land."
· This declaration carried the weight of national and governmental spiritual authority.
· From that day forward, the land was no longer just a family village—it was a prophetic territory, a holy ground, a beachhead of the Kingdom of God in Africa.
Summary of the Covenantal Timeline (2007–2010):
Year Event Significance
2007 Ikot Nsekong for Christ – Led by Da Effiong Daniel Family formally handed to Christ
2008 Name changed to Ubon Abasi Ibom Identity sealed as Israel in Africa
2009 God Global Prophetic Declaration – Pastor Andrew Omale declares "Ubon Abasi Ibom, come forth!" Global prophetic calling forth of Israel
2010 Officially declared African Holy Land by Pastor Andrew Omale, Head of Prayer Dept., State House, Abuja National and governmental spiritual seal
4. THE 2018 INCIDENT: A Counterfeit Revival and Open Rebellion
On December 28, 2018—exactly eight years after the official declaration as the African Holy Land—the family celebrated a Cultural Day.
· During the celebration, masquerades were displayed, and there was an evident attempt to "return" the land to its former state.
· They piloted the event with the name "Ikot Nsekong Day" instead of Ubon Abasi Ibom – a direct contradiction of the 2008 covenant and the 2010 declaration.
· The Master of Ceremonies, Mr. Etim Nathaniel (alias Baggy), introduced all the men, and even some women and youths, with the title "Dr." The Chairman, Mr. Augustine Nathaniel, was introduced as Dr. Augustine Nathaniel, along with many others.
When asked about these introductions, a family member responded: "The MC is very right. All of them are Dr – not ordinary doctors, but native doctors."
This was the revelation: The title was not an academic honor; it was a spiritual label – a deliberate attempt to revive the ancient spirit of native doctory that had been defeated in 1964 and buried in 2007. It was a direct assault on the African Holy Land declaration of 2010.
5. THE SPIRITUAL CONFRONTATION: A Physical War Against the Altar of the God of Israel
The sole aim of the 2018 masquerade and cultural revival of Ikot Nsekong was not mere celebration – it was a direct spiritual war against the Altar of the God of Israel in Africa.
As the faithful gathered at the altar to pray and uphold the covenant of 2007, the opposing faction mobilized for battle:
· The war was led by Chairman and native doctor Augustine Nathaniel, alongside Etim Nathaniel and other cohorts.
· Their mission was clear: to disrupt the prayer program at the altar and physically halt the intercession of the saints.
· This was a calculated assault – a satanic counter-offensive aimed at reclaiming the land through physical intimidation. They sought to undo the 2007 covenant, the 2008 renaming, the 2009 prophetic declaration, and the 2010 official dedication as the African Holy Land.
But God intervened mightily.
When the rebellion was reported to the Clan Head, the advice given was to involve the civil authorities—the police. Legal counsel also pointed in the same direction. However, the Spirit of the Lord gave a different leading: this was not a carnal dispute but a spiritual battle requiring divine intervention. The intercessors chose instead to wait upon the Lord and commit the matter entirely into His hands.
And the Lord took over.
What unfolded was not a mere family quarrel or cultural misunderstanding. This was a spiritual war that was brought manifestly into the physical realm – a direct confrontation between the kingdom of darkness and the Altar of the Living God. The enemy came with masquerades, titles, and physical mobilization, but the Lord of Hosts fought for His people and scattered their plans.
6. THE JANUARY 2019 CONFRONTATION AND THE ASSAULT ON THE LION OF JUDAH
Following the failed assault of December 2018, a remarkable event unfolded in January 2019:
· The same Master of Ceremonies, Etim Nathaniel (alias Baggy), came to the altar – the very place they had tried to disrupt.
· There, he made a public confession: he admitted that it was the family head who had instigated them to come and fight. Their grievance was that the faithful were "fighting tradition and culture."
· Then, he made a brazen and blasphemous request: he asked for permission to remove or clean away the name "Israel" that was written on the family hall. He declared, "The land is Ikot Nsekong, not Ubon Abasi Ibom (Israel in Africa)."
But the attack on Israel went deeper than words—it was physical and symbolic:
· On the wall of the family hall, a powerful prophetic declaration was painted: the flag of Israel, featuring the Star of David, with a red lion's head—the Lion of Judah—boldly placed inside the Star of David. This was a divine sign that this land is not just any village; it is Israel in Africa, protected by the Lion of the tribe of Judah (Revelation 5:5).
· In their rebellion, the opposition did not stop at mere words. They sent their children to physically scrape and clean away the lion's head from inside the Star of David. This was a calculated act of spiritual defilement—a demonic attempt to remove the covering of the Lion of Judah over this land. They sought to break the covenant and replace divine protection with ancestral curses.
The Divine Response:
With boldness from the Holy Spirit, the watchman declared to Etim Nathaniel:
"What was written was written. Anyone that takes away the name of Israel from this hall—whether by word or by scraping the Lion of Judah from the wall—Psalm 83 will be fulfilled upon them."
The Significance of Psalm 83
Psalm 83 is the prayer of Asaph against the confederacy of enemies who conspire to destroy Israel:
"They have said, 'Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation, that the name of Israel may be remembered no more.'"
— Psalm 83:4 (NKJV)
By seeking to erase the name "Israel" and deface the Lion of Judah—the very symbol of the Messiah's reign—Etim Nathaniel and those who sent him were aligning themselves with the enemies of God described in Psalm 83. The prayer in that Psalm calls for God to pursue them with His tempest, fill their faces with shame, and make them like whirling dust.
The Outcome:
When the prophetic warning of Psalm 83 was pronounced over his request, Etim Nathaniel left immediately. He did not touch the name. He did not erase the inscription. And though they attempted to deface the lion's head, the symbol of the Lion of Judah stands forever—no child, no brush, no paint can remove what God has established.
The name of Israel remained on the hall. The lion remained in the star. The covenant of Ubon Abasi Ibom stood unshaken. The African Holy Land remained holy.
7. SPIRITUAL ANALYSIS: What the "Native Doctor" Revival Represents
· The 2018 revival was a counter-offensive to the covenant made with Christ – an effort to re-dedicate the land to Satan and bring back the reign of masquerades, fear, and darkness.
· The mobilization of men under the banner of "native doctors" was an open declaration of war against the Kingdom of God.
· The January 2019 attempt to erase "Israel" and scrape the Lion of Judah was the final act of rebellion – an attempt to void the 2008 renaming, the 2009 prophetic declaration, and the 2010 official dedication as the African Holy Land.
· Yet, their weapons – titles, masquerades, cultural arguments, brushes, paint, and even physical threats – are carnal, while the weapons of our warfare are mighty through God (2 Corinthians 10:4).
8. THE DIVINE VERDICT: Their Work Shall Not Stand
This document hereby declares the following prophetic verdict:
1. The 2018 revival is a dead project. The spirits they attempted to awaken have already been permanently disarmed by the Cross of Christ and publicly humiliated when Ikpaisong exploded at the river of Ikot Abia in 1964.
2. The land is legally and eternally bound to Jehovah. No human ceremony, masquerade display, title-giving, name-erasure, or defacement of the Lion of Judah can reverse the covenant of Ikot Nsekong for Christ (2007), the renaming to Ubon Abasi Ibom (2008), the global prophetic declaration (2009), or the official dedication as the African Holy Land (2010).
3. The new "native doctor" status will not work. It has no spiritual foundation. It is a coat of paint on a demolished structure. It may sound loud, but it carries no power.
4. The attempt to erase Israel and deface the Lion of Judah was nullified. The name stands forever. The Lion of Judah rules forever. As it is written, "This is the name by which she shall be called: THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS" (Jeremiah 33:16), and "The Lion of the tribe of Judah has prevailed" (Revelation 5:5).
5. The Lord has arisen. God has risen against this revival, and their work is destroyed. Their war against the altar has been overturned by the hand of Jehovah.

10. FINAL CHARGE TO THE REDEEMED OF UBON ABASI IBOM – THE AFRICAN HOLY LAND
To all true children, intercessors, and guardians of this land:
· Do not be troubled by masquerade displays, titles, physical mobilization, or cultural revivals. The enemy may come with noise, threats, and even brushes to scrape away divine symbols—but the Lord has already given the victory.
· Stand firm on the covenant of 2007, the name change of 2008, the global prophetic declaration of 2009, and the official dedication of 2010 as the African Holy Land. Do not waver. Do not fear the physical manifestation of spiritual warfare.
· Pray continually over Ubon Abasi Ibom. Declare daily that no weapon formed against it shall prosper.
· Proclaim the name of Israel over this land and declare the Lion of Judah enthroned upon it. It is not just a title; it is a divine inheritance. Anyone who dares to erase it or deface its symbols invokes the curse of Psalm 83 upon themselves.
· Trust in the Lord, not in the arm of flesh. Even when the world advises you to run to civil authorities, always seek the leading of the Spirit. The Lord is your Defender and your Shield.
11. CONCLUSION
The land of Ikot Nsekong is no more. It is Ubon Abasi Ibom – the City of the Living God, the Redeemer of the Lord, the Israel of Africa, and the African Holy Land. The Lion of Judah roars over this land, and no brush can scrape Him away.
What God has redeemed, no man can reclaim. What Christ has cleansed, no masquerade can defile. What the Lord has defended, no physical assault can overthrow. And what God has named Israel, marked with the Star of David and the Lion of Judah, and officially declared as the African Holy Land by the authority of the State House, Abuja—no enemy shall erase.
The 2018 revival is overruled by:
· The 1964 victory over Ikpaisong.
· The 2007 covenant of Ikot Nsekong for Christ led by Da Effiong Daniel.
· The 2008 renaming to Ubon Abasi Ibom.
· The 2009 global prophetic declaration by Pastor Andrew Omale: "Ubon Abasi Ibom, come forth!"
· The 2010 official dedication as the African Holy Land by Pastor Andrew Omale, Head of Prayer Department, State House, Abuja.
· The January 2019 confession and the Psalm 83 prophetic declaration.
· The supernatural intervention of Jehovah who took over the battle when the enemy rose against the altar.
· The indestructible symbol of the Lion of Judah that stands forever on the wall.
The name stands. The lion stands. The covenant stands. The declaration stands. The victory stands.
