Ikpaisong ate bribe

It is a known issue in Annang land of Akwa Ibom state Nigeria that the Ikpaisong deity in Annang ate bribe and allowed or accepted evils of all sorts in the land. According to what is generally considered in Annang land to be the main reason for setting up Ikpaisong of the land is to protect the land from all evil within and without. And to arrest all evil people in the land. Or the wicked in the land. Now when you look at Ikpaisong then and now you will see that Ikpaisong and their priests or custodians or representatives collected bride and allow evil in the land like the police.
In the past when the deity Ikpaisong was very strong, there were strong men everywhere in the land and these men bribed Ikpaisong with something and it allowed them to do their evil freely in the land. The people who used Oath (mbiam) to kill brided Ikpaisong and it agreed with them and killed the people like in Ika Annang and others. People who killed through Ghosts or seven ghosts bribed Ikpaisong to do their wickedness. People were poisoned yet Ikpaisong never arrested them .A lot of wickedness were done in the past when the Ikpaisong of the Annang people were claimed to be very strong yet they did those evils and nothing happened.It can be said that Ikpaisong is a god that could be bribed but you can’t bribe the God of Israel who is the God of the whole world. If you bring evil into the land and give Ikpaisong some bribe you are permitted to pass. Looking at Ikpaisong diety and the Nigerian police, the village chief, the custodians of the traditions of the people collected bribes for the gods or for themselves. The only God , the God of Israel don't collect bribe before doing anything for you but today to get Job either in government or in private organizations you must bribe but the word of God says bribe blind the man .Hence Ikpaisong is a blind god that blinded the people but Jesus Christ came to Annang land to lead the way He came as a light of to Annang land and Ikpaisong disappeared
