LET THY KINGDOM COME And he said unto them,when you pray say.....thy kingdom come."Luke 11;2. We are grateful to God who opened our understanding into his perfect will on earth in the last year program with the theme; learning obedience like Christ.Heb.5:8 In our last year end of the year prophetic meetings , God challenged us of our disobedience and stubbornness to his instructions and charged us to be learners of obedience,like his son Jesus Christ,who learned obedience through the things he suffered before he was crowned with glory. He said that obedience to his instructions will bring us closer to him but disobedience will separate us from him and make him turn his face from us.Deut.32;20-22. God in his mercy promised us that if we obey him, he will come and make his abode and dwell with us. John.14;23 The question is, have you looked back at yourselves, and see what disobedience has cost you. Adam missed a glorious estate; do you know what you have missed by disobeying God’s instructions? The Holy Spirit is asking, do you still want to continue with your disobedience? Check it out yourselves whether you would obey or disobey? The result of what you received from obedience or disobedience belongs to you. It is either blessings or curse, glory, or shame. Think about that. I am sensing Jesus is saying, if you obey my commands I will come with my father and make my home in you. This is to say heaven on earth. In other word, disobedience brings Satan to dwell with you while obedience brings God to your home. God is bringing down his kingdom as a result of our learning obedience like Christ learnt obedience through suffering. This year , God burdened our hearts about bringing down his kingdom on earth, a spiritual kingdom . Jesus told us that " my kingdom is not of this world". therefore , “Thy kingdom come” now becomes the eternal burden in God's heart for us in every generation. In this program, God will show us how he manifested his kingdom in heaven before he brought it here on earth. In past generations and has promised us a kingdom that cannot be shaken, if we ask in prayers,Thy kingdom come as the apostles did and he answered them, will answer you? He has promised to answer us as he did with the apostles when he manifested his kingdom by the coming of the Holy Spirit . Jesus Christ is still charging us, saying when you want to pray say,"Thy kingdom come" as he taught his disciples. Thus, “Thy Kingdom Come” is our burden for this year program as we now understand it is a prayer burden that will bring heaven to earth. All we are looking for is how heaven would come to our situations and we discovered that the prayer “thy kingdom come” will do that in Jesus name. We understood Jesus Christ was saying, let heaven rule, and let the rule of heaven come to earth,let God come and establish his domain here on earth,let other kingdoms depart for the kingdom of heaven.This is the perfect will of God for us all, therefore in our days, “thy kingdom come.” Now God is charging us to bring down the rule of heaven on every situation in our life and ministry here on earth through our prayer “thy kingdom come.” God is saying heaven do rule, God wants to rule the earth as he rules the heaven through us. In these seven days of meeting with the Lord God of Israel here at African holy land ,The lord promised us revelations of his kingdom in our days heaven 'I hear him say,I rule in the heavens with my angels and now I am here I want to rule the earth as I rule in the heavens by bringing my kingdom down so that I can be touched by you. In this generation I want to be touched by you and through you others will touch me that is why I ask you to bring me down through your prayers “thy kingdom come.” In this meeting I am coming to be touched by you. Note that the kingdom of God is not meat and drink but power. When I heal the sick the kingdom of God has come upon you, note that the kingdom of heaven is the kingdom of light, Now we know "For thine is the kingdom " ,the power and glory for ever and ever. Jesus Christ as assured us that, It is the father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom, “Thy kingdom come” ; You will receive the kingdom, and you will be ruling with him in his kingdom few days from now as you receive the Holy Spirit like the apostles in their time You are welcome to his presence and my Ernest prayer is, “Thy kingdom come,” Your brother and friend Da Effiong Daniel
