His Excellency, UNVEILING THE MYSTERY OF THE AMERICAN PAST; BLACK PRESIDENCY Surely the Lord GOD does nothing Unless He reveals His secret counsel To His servants the prophets. A lion has roared! Who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken! Who can but prophesy? Amos 3; 7-8 “But we speak God's wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God predestined before the ages to our glory” We want to thank God for all the victories you got so far as you are piloting the affairs of the United States of America and the world. May God help you to do more and bless your effort? May he also give you a heart, patience and make time out of your busy schedule to read this shocking revelation. We pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what God is saying to you in this revelation in Jesus name. Amen. We most sincerely express our sympathy to you and the people of America for the killing of the nine (Blacks) African-Americans in the church in South Carolina .Maybe Martin Luther king Jnr was not taken very serious when he prophesied of the Black Presidency. In the same vein, in my village we were not taken serious when I took practical prophetic actions for the’ vision” “Black Presidency” as it came to us from the Lord. Mr. President may it be known to you that “there is a God in heaven who reveals secret” and has brought your matter to us “that the prophecy of Martin Luther king Jnr is fulfilled in your person “Barack Obama” “son of a black man”. We are bold to say your victory is our victory an African victory, and as such Martin Luther king Jnr is vindicated and we are vindicated. May God be glorified Amen. Based on the instructions we received from the Lord, in 2007 a forest was cleared; a virgin was commissioned to pick the soil from the cleared forest which was to be send to America. Problem aroused as to who will run the errand, fortunately in December 2007, a couple (Dr Etido Akpan and Lucy) who won an American Visa-Lottery came for prayers. What’s a miracle! The picked soil was given to them and God declared that “your wife Lucy shall bear a female child which shall be born before the forthcoming election and her name shall be called Victoria signifying the black success at the poll”. And it happened as prophesied the child was born in October and in November 2008 you won as the first black president of America “as this prophetic family entered America”. "The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our sons forever, that we may observe all the words of this law”.Deut29; 29. There is something mysterious about “an African soil in an American land” what a wonderful combination (Blacks in the White house).” Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God”. What’s the secret! God has brought Peace between Africans and the Americans therefore your government will be one of the most peaceful in America in Jesus. Amen. Mr. president it may interest you to know God loves you and in your second term victory, He picked Chief Charlie Igbineweka, a prominent Chief from Benin City in Nigeria who is also an American citizen, anointed him for “a prophetic/representative vote” in November 2011 and he left to America for this great assignment from the Lord for you .Furthermore a woman who shared birthday with an American flag gave birth to a set of twins in February 2012 and were commissioned on an American flag day 14th June 2012 signifying your second victory. Sir there is “an American flag on a local African stick” in my village signifying an African –American in government (Blacks in the White House). Suffice it to say that it is God’s time; ‘this is your day’ we speak because we have this testimony thus your victories at both terms were the manifestation of prophecy” Black presidency” (Barack Obama in the white house). Mr. President, we know you love knowledge and what God is doing on behalf of you, our appeal is that as “king Ahasuerus” gave an order to bring the book of records, the chronicles, and they were read before him, may you use your good office to do so to verify our claim before you complete your tenure. When God wants to put somebody in position He allows so many things to happen for fulfillment of his plans in this “Black Presidency” so many things happened but this is just part of the whole divine arrangement. God willing, sooner or later a comprehensive work on the revelations of Blacks in the White house will be published and send to you.
