I KNOW THIS NOW By Effiong Daniel I know this one gives birth to, yes I do in marriage. There is a history of finding a suitable companion, helpmate, wife since creation. It is not new but as old as genesis of the earth. Where is the hiding place of a good wife, companion helpmate, a woman for the man? Someone will say, she was hidden in the man as rib close to his heart. Another say she was hidden in God but when the fullness of time comes, he brought her out of the man as a rib made to become a woman suitable for the man. A prepared woman for the prepared man. According to Gen. 2, and Adam gave names to all cattle and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field. But for Adam, there was not found and help made for him” Gen. 2:20. This presuppose that what Adam was naming all the cattle, beast and fowls of the air, he was looking to see whether he will see among these animal one that will look like him.He didn't see himself in the animals he named but he found none. He didn't see himself in cats, pigs, snakes, dogs, ducks, hawk, vultures etc. and he must have been wondering why he didn’t see someone like him, a suitable companion, someone to discuss with,a confident, helpmate for a wife. Some people are missing their helpmate to pick dogs, pigs, hens, fowls, goats, snakes, chimpanzee or monkeys, for a wife. But Adam waited for God to fulfill his promised “I will make him an helpmate for him” Gen. 18b. When the fullness of time came for Adam, God cause him to relax or to he sleeps. At the sleeping level, his eyes were close from seeming dogs that came near him and were shaking their tails, his eyes were close from seeing the cat that were coming very closed to him. Remember all these animals were very close to him, parading themselves very colorful with them different walking styles, like catwalk, vulture walk, snake walk, pig walk, dog walk, monkey walk, halk walk etc. but Adam was not attracted to any of these as holy spirit recorded,he made a covenant with his eyes, why then should I think upon a maid? Adam refused to look God cause him to see in the spirit and Adam said, this is now the bone of my bone and the flesh of my flesh, she shall be called woman, because she was taken out of a man. When Adam find a wife , there was a yes in his heart for what he saw, Adam seems to be saying “I know now, this is my own, this one resembles me, this is not animal but a woman for me.” When the scripture says “whoso fineth a wife fineth a good thing and obtained favour from his Lord.” Proofs Adam right as he finds his wife, God married for him. It was seen that since Adam refused marrying the snake that was very close to him but marry a woman suitable in a crafty and lining way from that till now, I want to say authoritatively that the serpent in the principal enemy of God ordained marriage. “Therefore, men or women beware of the close snakes in your marriage and a prudent wife is from the Lord. When Job made mistake and married a foolish woman, he told him to leave the Lord. Then said his wife unto him, dost thou still retain thine integrity? Curse (renounce) God and die. But he said unto her, thou speakest as one of the foolish woman speaketh. What shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips. What men and women should pray for in their marriage is the wisdom of God, do you see why God kept a prudent wife in his present for the God fearing man? A prudent wife is from the Lord, if you marry a foolish woman like Job, one day when problem comes, she will say like Job’s wife, curse, renounce God and die so that I can be a widow. May you not speak like a foolish woman in Jesus name Amen. Therefore, you must be very sure that, you know and can confidently say I know, this is the bone of my bone and the flesh of my flesh. Can you confidently look at your wife and say “I know you are the bone of my bone, I have found myself in you? Your knowledge of your wife brings authority and boldness like the man that was born blind know, even when fires bigger than him came in a godly form saying: Then again called why the man that was blind and said unto him, give God the praise, we know that this man is a sinner. He answered and said, whether he be sinner or not, I know not, one thing I know that, whereas I was blind, now I see. He was able to defend what he knew no matter the stiff opposition will you be able to stand or what you say you know, if you say I know, this is my wife, this is my husband, incase or opposition. This one thing I know, this is my wife or husband, I know this every other they get behind me. Some people, bigger than you may say, this woman is a sinner or this man is a sinner, so many things may be said about him, will you still stand your position, saying “I know, this is the bone of my bone. This that you know from the heart of God to your heart give birth to the yes answer, will you go with this man? Will you go with this woman? Yes therefore, I know this one gives birth to yes, I do answer in marriage.
